What I Wore // Hat: MINT via Urban Outfitters // Cape: NY & Co. // Top: H&M // Jeans: Forever21 // Bag: H&M (old) // Shoes: Prabal Gurung for Target // Rings: H&M // Bracelet: Balenciaga // Polish: Maybelline, “Green with Envy”

This weather is killing me. Yes, I love my capes, but I need some sun and warm weather stat. These past few weeks I’ve been trying to incorporate a bit of color into each look. These Prabal for Target heels are beyond perfect for just that. I’ve been keeping my looks simple in this weather, so this style has been my go to. We have so many new projects coming up and travels upon us, can’t wait to share it all! C likes to call this my “Indie” look, as in Indiana Jones..love how guys make comparisons.

What I Wore// Leather jacket: American Rag // Button down: Converse for Target // Jeans: Forever 21 // Boots: Steve Madden (I’ve had these since my sophomore year of college. I can’t part) // Hat: New Era Cap // Bag: Vania and David c/o

C & I recently went for a stroll around the new office neighborhood. I was in a dress-down mood, so I through my hair up in this fantastic New Era cap and through on my all time favorite boots. We’ll be in the Allentown area of Buffalo. A super cute neighborhood filled of amazing restaurants, bars, people watching and only a few blocks away from The Elmwood Village (with tons of shopping!). If you can’t tell, we’re a bit excited.

What I Wore // Coat: Vintage via Second Chic // Fur Stole: Henri Bendell (old) // Top: H&M // Pants: Blank NYC (on sale at Anna Grace!) // Ring: Compliment c/o // Booties: Steve Madden via TJ Maxx

For the past 7 days we’ve been house/dog sitting. It’s actually been nice to test the waters with 2 pups as it’s allowed us to see if we’re up for the challenge. At the moment, we’re indifferent. This week has been hectic to say the least and it’s only Wednesday. Since we’re constantly running from meeting to meeting, I like to stay as comfortable as possible (especially in this cold!). Most recently the dreary weather has made me dress in colorful outfits. C & I have some exciting news, we’ve found a new office in Buffalo! Next up, a new office in NYC, we’ll keep you posted.

Real Style: Pretty in Pink

The weather in Buffalo is just so, blah. I’m sick of the snow and  normally, I love it. Perhaps it’s because we have so much going on and frankly wearing my Uggs with every outfit is getting old. Of course when I spotted this top and these jeans at Anna Grace, I just had to bring them home. I was beyond happy to wear such a pretty pink for today’s CW Winging It! Buffalo Style morning segment. Tomorrow is the big day, the LIVE, on air wedding we have been planning for Winging It will air at 8:30am. Tons of footage and pictures to follow – fingers crossed as this will be everyone’s first time.

Spring on my Mind

It’s official, I’ve got Spring fever. Seeing all the new trends and styles coming out for the upcoming season has me making wish lists for soon-to-be purchases. Here are a few of my favorite things..

spring on my mind

1. The perfect Spring dress. I’ve got a thing for yellow and Zara gets it – Zara, $90

2. Beautiful baubles are here to stay! – Pim & Larkin, $46

3. I’m on the hunt for a white tote & when I came across this one, I fell in love. Plus, you can’t beat the price – Madewell, $168

4. The most color I’ve ever tried on my lips is red. This Spring I want to change it up with a pretty pink – MAC, $15

5. Don’t just think pastels for Spring, black & white has come back in a major way. I plan to play up these shades with fun patterns – Zara, $79

6. Don’t forget about your mani! I actually tested this color for NYFW and it was a hit. Although part of the Winter collection, I think it transitions well- Essie, “where’s my chauffeur,” $8

7. Like I said, I’ve got a thing for yellow. These sunnies will take me from Spring to Summer. For the price, I might have to get a few colors – Quay, $38

8. Rachel Roy can do no wrong. If it were up to me I’d wear these colorful heels year round. This may be my semi splurge of the season - Rachel Roy, $295

What’s on your Spring list?
