DIY Recipe: Low-Cal Peanut Butter Dip

It’s the end of April, and gone are the holidays that surround us with calorie-packed desserts. With bikini weather quickly approaching, we must find different ways to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings.  Word on the street is that an apple in the morning gives you more energy than a cup of coffee. That’s even more reason to try this recipe out!
 

Mix the following and serve with a chopped apple:

  • A small tub of nonfat Greek vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
