DIY Thanksgiving Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Parfait, Minus the Calories

The easiest dessert you’ll ever make, 5 ingredients, 5 minutes. Thanks to our contributor Lindsay of Lola Pearl Bakes, we were inspired to create this no bake, low fat dessert to balance out our Thanksgiving meals.

Not looking to make individual servings? No problem. Keep the mixed ingredients in your bowl, cut a few pieces of gingerbread and place them around the bowl.
