What I Wore // Hat: MINT via Urban Outfitters // Cape: NY & Co. // Top: H&M // Jeans: Forever21 // Bag: H&M (old) // Shoes: Prabal Gurung for Target // Rings: H&M // Bracelet: Balenciaga // Polish: Maybelline, “Green with Envy”

This weather is killing me. Yes, I love my capes, but I need some sun and warm weather stat. These past few weeks I’ve been trying to incorporate a bit of color into each look. These Prabal for Target heels are beyond perfect for just that. I’ve been keeping my looks simple in this weather, so this style has been my go to. We have so many new projects coming up and travels upon us, can’t wait to share it all! C likes to call this my “Indie” look, as in Indiana Jones..love how guys make comparisons.

Dress: Target // Leather Jacket: American Rag // Shoes: Christian Louboutin // Bracelet: Balenciaga // Ring: Stolen from Mom // Lipstick: Cruella by NARS

I’ve grown a deep obsession with chevron and navy, so naturally when I spotted this super inexpensive sundress at Target, I had to snag it. C & I are constantly traveling and like any girl, I always want new clothes. That’s why I love stores like Target. Cute pieces for low prices. We’re currently in Orlando for the PGA Show with our client, OnCore Golf. The next few days are sports filled, going straight into NYFW – the life of a PR gal.

WWMD: Been Around the World

Paris

With the posts this summer, we have been all we have been all around the world from London to Hawaii. What is the one place that people put on their list no matter who they are? To me, it would be Paris. It is the one city that can offer something for everyone in your family. From the great museums to shopping on Avenue des Champs-Élysées to provide you with plenty of options to stay occupied.

In Paris, there are so many things to do I was the ultimate tourist and decided it would be smart to do a double decker bus tour and hop off whenever I wanted. With this I was able to see Notre Dame, Louvre, Seine River, Eiffel Tower, and do a little bit of shopping. We were able to eat at this adorable café called Madeline’s too. The waiters and staff there were super nice and after seeing my friends butcher French made sure to give us people who could speak English. Although I only spent one day in Paris it was great day and hopefully I’ll be back soon.

Plus I can’t forget that Parisian chic, is the one style that I hope one day to master along with a few others. French women have this powerful sexy yet effortless look to them that any woman or man can appreciate. Parisian chic, is the one style that I hope one day to master along with a few others. French women have this simplistic/powerful/sexy yet effortless look to them that any woman or man can appreciate. For all three looks, I took the American love of comfort and combined it with the Parisian style. This is one of my interpretations that could turn out various ways. Oh by the way, does anyone want to go halfsies on those Balenciaga suede and leather leggings?

This is the last city in our style inspiration trip so I hope you have enjoyed all the stops.

Top Looks: Met Gala 2012

Well, here it is folks. Our top picks from the 2012 Met Gala, plain & simple. If old Hollywood had a baby with eccentric Hollywood, you’d have this year’s mix. Honestly, many of the looks were border line atrocious, but frankly that’s what makes me lust over them.

As much as I love this Donna Karan gown, I’m pretty sure I’m loving Nina’s body in it even more (girl crush).

Kristen Stewart in Balenciaga | Getty Images

A sucker for Balenciaga, I couldn’t leave out Kristen Stewart. Something wasn’t working, till Lauralai pointed it out – “Those shoes looked like a tapped-up horse hoof straight off the Churchill Downs track.” Kudos, Lauralai.

Curt’s pick. “Any man can wear a penguin suit. It takes a real man to wear pink D&G.”

Anna Wintour in Prada | WireImage

Anna Wintour was my main squeeze of the evening – cause who wouldn’t want a lobster on their gown courtesy, Prada?
